To begin with, it’s very important to mention that, including the field of psychology and human behavior, coaching has been a profound passion for me ever since I can remember.

Very curious, I read just about everything I can put my hands on that can help deepen my understanding. Having always been a strong believer in human potential and its capacity to turn every situation into an opportunity, my mission is to help individuals and organizations become the best version of themselves. I mostly specialize in strategy, leadership coaching and training and team building.

While being mostly autodidact, I also went through the whole Neuro-Linguistic Programming process (Post Master specialized in coaching) and I am a certified Persona method trainer. The Persona method is a personality type tool that I use a lot and find very helpful for people to better understand themselves and their differences with others.

Beside my profession, the observations and the studies that it requires, sports (mostly running, hockey and golf), friendship and my love relationship are the other aspects that count the most for me.
